Real Madrid has signed 20-year-old Dean Huijsen from Bournemouth after paying his £50 million release fee. The Spanish defender has agreed to stay with the team until 2030.
Huijsen caught attention with a strong first season in the Premier League. Many big clubs were interested, but Madrid moved quickly to get him. His former teams, Juventus and Malaga, will also earn some money from the transfer.
Huijsen will join Real Madrid for the Club World Cup in June, which takes place in Miami. He is expected to make his first appearance against Al-Hilal. There are also reports that Trent Alexander-Arnold will join Real Madrid this summer.
